Mearl Ira Butler, Jr., 80, of Lehigh Acres, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016. He was bo July 30, 1935 in Youngstown, OH to Mearl Ira and Hazel (Beauchamp) Butler. He graduated from Youngstown College with a Bachelor of Science in business. He served our country in the U.S. Army. He worked for First Federal Savings & Loan of Youngstown, OH moving to Florida in the late 1970's. He retired from Sun Bank of Southwest Cape Coral in 1994 where he was the Vice-President of the Real Estate Department. His spare time was enjoyed by playing golf and entertaining his family and friends.
Mr. Butler is survived by his wife of 39 years, Patty L. (Noling) Butler; his son, Kurt Butler (Laura) of Kingsville, OH; his grandchildren: Amanda, Sean, Lance and Garrik Butler.
